We are seeking a seasoned AI Implementation Engineer with extensive experience to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI agents and intelligent automation solutions. This hands-on role focuses on practical delivery, from concept to production, ensuring sustainable internal capabilities.

Develop and deploy AI agents, operational assistants, and AI-enabled automation workflows using enterprise-grade platforms like Azure OpenAI and AWS Bedrock. Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions integrated with internal knowledge sources and operational data. Connect AI agents to existing infrastructure tools, automation frameworks, APIs, and monitoring systems. Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for reliable delivery of AI applications and agent workflows. Drive practical engineering delivery, including use-case identification, solution design, coding, integration, evaluation, and continuous improvement.

A Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, BBM, BBA, or B.Com is required, with an MBA also considered.

Possess 10-12+ years of comprehensive engineering experience in software, platform, or infrastructure automation, with a strong emphasis on hands-on implementation.

Demonstrate expertise in Python development, REST API integration, and enterprise-level connectivity.

Experience with automated testing, software design patterns, secure coding practices, and maintainable application development is essential.

Proven implementation experience with at least one of Azure OpenAI or AWS Bedrock is mandatory; experience with both is highly preferred.
