Seeking an Assistant Manager to lead in Creative Technology, focusing on Automation, AI, ML, and RPA. This role involves architecting and deploying enterprise-level AI solutions, with a special emphasis on Generative AI, agent-based systems, and LLM orchestration. You will drive the technical roadmap, champion engineering excellence, and pioneer scalable, secure, and efficient AI workflows. This position is key to fostering innovation and enhancing applied AI capabilities.
The role is based in Bengaluru and Hyderabad, operating on a hybrid model with three days onsite and two days remote.
Take ownership of the complete technical design and delivery of Generative AI and agentic systems for both internal and external applications. Architect multi-agent workflows utilizing tools like LangChain and A2A protocols. Guide the development and refinement of prompt architectures, context strategies, and hybrid RAG pipelines. Seamlessly integrate AI services into enterprise platforms such as Azure Foundry and Databricks. Lead engineering teams, mentor developers across various levels, and ensure technical alignment. Drive improvements in performance, latency, and accuracy through research-driven optimization. Establish reusable templates, shared components, and internal GenAI SDKs. Uphold stringent standards for ethical AI usage, context control, prompt security, and hallucination mitigation.
A minimum of 7 years in AI/ML/GenAI solutioning is required, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership capacity. Demonstrated deep proficiency in Python 3 is essential, including strong command over libraries such as openai, pydantic, transformers, faiss, and langchain. Proven experience in deploying scalable GenAI solutions using cloud-native design principles. Solid working knowledge of Azure cloud services, GitHub workflows, and CI/CD best practices is necessary. Experience with vector store optimization, token-level control, and prompt performance management is expected.
