Join our Infrastructure & Real Estate team as an Assistant Manager, focusing on CRE-Site execution in C&I projects. You will be instrumental in delivering high-quality commercial interior and workplace fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role involves end-to-end management from design coordination to final handover, with a strong emphasis on civil and architectural works.

Oversee the complete lifecycle of civil and interior fit-out delivery for commercial office and workplace projects.

Review architectural and interior drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure constructability and effective site implementation.

Manage and coordinate all stakeholders, including fit-out contractors, specialist vendors, design consultants, landlords, and client teams.

Ensure all civil and interior works adhere strictly to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) protocols.

Develop and meticulously track project schedules, procurement plans, material approvals, and site progress.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, assess progress, and ensure adherence to design requirements and quality benchmarks.

A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related construction/built-environment discipline is required.

We seek candidates with relevant experience in civil and interior project management, ideally within corporate interiors, workplace, or commercial fit-out projects.

Proven hands-on site experience managing the execution and finishing of interior fit-out works is essential.

Strong knowledge of civil, architectural, and interior construction methodologies, materials, and sequencing is expected. Proficiency in reviewing architectural drawings, detailed plans, and technical specifications is key.

Familiarity with coordination between architectural/interior works and MEP services, along with experience in reviewing material submissions and workmanship against specifications, is important. An understanding of site measurement, quantity verification, and change control processes is also necessary.
