As an Assistant Manager, you will manage and deliver comprehensive enhanced due diligence reports. This involves thorough market and industry research, utilizing databases like Factiva, corporate registries, and credit history records to identify adverse information. You'll analyze financial statements, understand company MIS, and conduct market inquiries, critically evaluating gathered data.

Key responsibilities include drafting reports, presenting findings to clients, and collaborating effectively within a team. You will multitask across projects, assist with onboarding procedures, and contribute to internal training initiatives. Driving efficiency in research processes and improving deliverable quality through innovative methods is also expected. This role involves occasional travel to client locations.

We seek candidates with 3-4 years of relevant experience. Essential qualifications include strong research and analytical skills, proficiency in financial statement analysis, and experience with various research databases. Excellent report writing, presentation, and communication skills in English are mandatory.

A Graduate or Post Graduate degree, particularly in Finance, Commerce, or Economics, is preferred. Familiarity with databases such as Factiva, Lexis, Nexis, and RoC is crucial. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required. Adaptability to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines is key. Fluency in additional Indian or foreign languages is a plus.
