Join our Assurance team in Mumbai as an Assistant Manager specializing in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). This role is crucial for enhancing operational risk management and business performance through strategic CLM solutions. You will work with organizations to transform how they manage people, third-party relationships, technology, and data.

In this role, you will collaborate with clients to understand their CLM needs and create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD). You will lead the end-to-end implementation of CLM solutions, configuring systems to match client processes and meticulously documenting all configurations. Responsibilities include analyzing existing contract management workflows, recommending and implementing optimized processes within the CLM system, and overseeing data migration from legacy systems.

You will also integrate CLM systems with other enterprise solutions, design and document internal controls for compliance, and conduct comprehensive end-user training sessions. Performing documented testing of CLM configurations and developing quality assessment reports are key. Maintaining thorough documentation of all CLM processes, configurations, and system guides is essential, as is staying abreast of industry trends and applying best practices.

We are seeking candidates with proven experience in implementing and configuring CLM solutions, with a strong emphasis on detailed documentation. Familiarity with CLM software platforms and technologies is required, alongside a solid understanding of legal and contractual frameworks.
