You'll serve as a key liaison between our development and support divisions, ensuring the highest quality resolutions for escalated issues.

Develop and maintain essential internal tools to optimize troubleshooting processes and streamline workflows. Enhance debugging capabilities and supportability features within our product and associated tools. Stay abreast of emerging technologies across IT domains, including networking, storage, virtualization, microservices, and cloud platforms like Azure and AWS. Analyze escalation trends to provide data-driven insights for product enhancements and issue prevention. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to address root causes and bolster system reliability. Share technical expertise and provide guidance to Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 support teams to elevate their troubleshooting acumen.

A minimum of 3 years in a Tier-4 escalation/support role or 3 years of development experience with enterprise-grade software products is required. Proficiency in .NET (preferred), Java, or C++ programming is essential. Demonstrate strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills with a history of resolving complex technical issues. Possess a solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud environments (Azure/AWS), Kubernetes, and REST APIs. Familiarity with networking, storage systems, and virtualization technologies is expected.
