As an Assistant Manager, you will build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, consistently exceeding expectations. Your responsibilities will include developing a rapid understanding of industry dynamics and company operations, interpreting financial statements, and performing various valuation exercises. This includes valuing businesses, intellectual property, and assets in M&A transactions, as well as supporting financial planning and litigation needs.

You will also develop complex valuation models for international public and private entities, analyze financial data, and conduct industry research. Preparing key sections of valuation reports and liaising with global engagement teams will be integral to your role. This position demands strong diagnostic and analytical skills to tackle high-profile projects within tight deadlines.

We are seeking a CA Qualified professional with 1-3 years of relevant experience and a strong academic background. Excellent verbal and written communication, coupled with proven analytical and systematic problem-solving abilities, are essential.

Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in interpreting financial statements and possess fundamental financial, accounting, and valuation skills. Familiarity with data sources like Capital IQ, Bloomberg, or Thomson is advantageous. A solid grasp of Excel and a proactive, inquisitive mindset are necessary to thrive in our challenging and dynamic environment. The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels and independently with minimal supervision is key.
