Join our Assurance team as an Assistant Manager focusing on Business Analysis for Master Data. This role is crucial for establishing robust data foundations within Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP. You will be instrumental in shaping how master data is managed, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Your responsibilities will encompass analyzing and documenting the entire lifecycle of master data creation, maintenance, and modification processes. You will actively support data governance initiatives, promote data harmonization, and contribute to the design of future-state operational processes.

Key duties include capturing precise business requirements for various master data objects, associated workflows, and control mechanisms. You will coordinate seamlessly with business stakeholders, data migration experts, IT teams, and other process-oriented groups. Furthermore, you will provide essential support for data cleansing, validation, migration readiness assessments, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

We are seeking individuals with practical experience in managing material, customer, vendor, business partner, pricing, or logistics-related master data. A strong understanding of data governance principles, data quality best practices, and data migration methodologies is essential.

Exposure to SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments is highly valued. Proven experience in requirements gathering, detailed process documentation, and providing support for validation activities is expected. A sharp analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent cross-functional collaboration skills are fundamental for success in this role.
