Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager specializing in Backend Development. We are seeking a proficient developer with 3-5 years of experience to craft and maintain robust, high-performance server-side applications. You'll be instrumental in designing and implementing scalable backend solutions, ensuring reliability and efficiency.

As a Backend Developer, your core responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining efficient server-side applications and APIs.

You will build scalable and secure RESTful and microservices architectures. Collaboration with front-end developers, QA, and product teams to deliver features end-to-end is key. You will write clean, efficient code, optimize applications for performance and reliability, and manage database schemas and integrations.

Further duties involve implementing security measures, participating in code reviews and design discussions, troubleshooting production issues, and contributing to CI/CD pipelines. Embracing AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code quality is also expected.

We are looking for a Backend Developer with a strong foundation in at least one backend language such as Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, Python (Django, Flask), or .NET Core.

Essential skills include experience building RESTful APIs, a solid grasp of object-oriented or functional programming, and hands-on experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis). A deep understanding of microservices architecture, API security (OAuth, JWT), asynchronous processing, and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) is crucial.

Familiarity with version control (Git), basic CI/CD tools, and containerization (Docker) is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is necessary for this role. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and collaboration skills within an Agile environment are highly valued.
