This Assistant Manager role is part of the National Assurance team, specializing in Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), focusing on financial and accounting advancements within New Delhi.

Drive transformation in Record to Report areas using deep techno-functional expertise, focusing on process improvement rather than direct technology implementation. Provide subject matter expertise and lead delivery teams for Record to Report transformations. Utilize extensive knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and consolidation tools (SAP Group Reporting, SAP BPC, Oracle FCCS). Lead teams in large projects, developing client-specific solutions, building proposals, and fostering business development. Develop internal capabilities through training and coaching. Manage teams of 5-8 FTEs, focusing on coaching, motivation, and career development.

Possess a CA, MBA (Finance) with a Commerce Background, CWA, CMA, CFA, or M.Com qualification. Require 2-5 years of relevant consulting experience specifically in Record to Report transformation, not just industry user experience. Must have a practical approach to solving complex problems, delivering insightful solutions. Essential attributes include agility, curiosity, mindfulness, adaptability, and creativity. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, manage diverse teams across geographies, and comprehend complexity quickly is crucial. Strong entrepreneurial skills, problem-solving abilities, and resilience under stress are required. Willingness to travel is essential.
