Drive transformation in record-to-report areas, focusing on techno-functional expertise rather than technology implementation. Provide subject matter expertise and lead delivery teams for record-to-report transformation projects. Develop and present solutions to clients, lead proposal building, and collaborate across service lines for smooth project execution. Foster internal capability development through training and coaching. Manage a team of 5-8 FTEs, focusing on their development through coaching and career conversations.

Requires 2-5 years of relevant consulting experience in record-to-report transformation. A CA, MBA (Finance) with a Commerce background, CWA, CMA, CFA, or M.Com is essential. Possess deep end-to-end techno-functional knowledge of ERP solutions (e.g., SAP FI/CO/COPA, Oracle Fusion Financials) and specific record-to-report processes. Strong knowledge of consolidation processes and tools (e.g., SAP Group Reporting, SAP BPC, Oracle FCCS) is crucial. Experience with AI/ML solutions in finance, particularly in Record to Report, is highly preferred. Excellent business development, solution conceptualization, project management, communication, and collaboration skills are required. Ability to comprehend complexity, work under stress, and adapt to ambiguity is key.
