This role is within our National Assurance team, specifically focusing on Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS). Our Assurance purpose is to inspire confidence and trust in a complex world, serving the public interest by promoting transparency and supporting economic growth. We assist clients by ensuring compliance with audit standards, providing clear perspectives to audit committees, and delivering critical information to stakeholders. Our service offerings encompass External Audit, FAAS, IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPO support, and corporate treasury services.

Spearhead end-to-end IPO execution, including the supervision of document preparation (DRHP/RHP) and due diligence.

Oversee the successful closure of IPOs, ensuring seamless coordination with clients and the EY team on all regulatory compliance aspects.

Liaise effectively with intermediaries such as BRLMs and Legal Counsels from a deal execution standpoint.

Contribute to business development by identifying early leads and fostering client engagement with the support of the broader team.

Ensure robust risk management and compliance within EY, meeting all client-related disclosure requirements.

Take a leading role in managing client relationships and third-party interactions.

Provide essential support to clients with post-issue formalities.

Drive recommendations on regulatory changes for EY team members and impart product knowledge to subordinates and peers.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or Company Secretary (CS) qualification is required.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience is essential.
