This role is an Assistant Manager position within our National Assurance team, specializing in Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) in Mumbai.

We assist clients by ensuring their accounts meet requisite audit standards, providing clear perspectives to audit committees, and delivering critical information to stakeholders. Our service offerings encompass External Audit, FAAS, IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPO support, and Corporate Treasury.

As an Assistant Manager in FAAS, you will manage end-to-end IPO execution, including supervising document preparation, due diligence, and successful closure. You will coordinate closely with clients and the EY team on regulatory compliance, liaising with intermediaries like BRLMs and Legal Counsels. Your role involves contributing to business development through lead generation and client engagement, ensuring risk management and compliance, and meeting all legal disclosure requirements. You will lead client and third-party management, assist with post-issue formalities, and spearhead recommendations on regulatory changes. Furthermore, you will impart product knowledge to your team members.

To excel in this role, you should be a Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
