As an Assistant Manager, you will provide expert support for accounting advisory engagements, particularly for insurance clients. This involves assisting clients with the interpretation and implementation of key accounting standards such as IND AS 117, IFRS 9, and Ind AS 109. You will be responsible for preparing technical accounting memos, position papers, and accounting assessments, as well as reviewing financial statements and disclosures.

Your role will also encompass managing specific workstreams within larger client projects, ensuring timely delivery of outputs, and proactively identifying execution risks. You'll develop strong working relationships with client finance teams and collaborate effectively with actuarial, risk, technology, tax, and audit departments to ensure integrated engagement delivery. This includes participating in client meetings and responding to accounting and reporting queries.
