Our service offerings span External Audit, FAAS, IFRS & US GAAP conversions, IPO readiness, and Corporate Treasury support.

Manage and execute FAAS projects, developing innovative solutions. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, managing client accounts effectively. Mentor junior team members, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning. Collaborate with other EY service lines on multidisciplinary projects. Contribute to thought leadership and actively participate in marketing initiatives. Regular travel is expected to engage with key clients across various respected industries.

Key FAAS solution areas include GAAP conversions (IGAAP to Ind-AS, reverse conversions for overseas acquisitions), consolidation implementation and accounting manuals, transaction support and financial reporting (IFRS impact assessment, EBITDA analysis, carve-out accounting), tax and tax reporting solutions, IPO preparedness, and IFRS training. You will provide accounting support for new business models and specific transactions.

Candidates must be a qualified CA (or equivalent, such as CPA, ICAEW, ACCA) with a strong academic record, ideally with first or second-time passes. A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant post-qualification experience is required, demonstrating strong IGAAP and/or IFRS and/or US GAAP financial reporting expertise within complex or large organizations, likely within audit, advisory, transaction verticals, or MNC finance/M&A environments.

Possess the ability to articulate complex accounting and financial reporting issues in a clear and concise manner. An advisory mindset is essential, coupled with the capability to develop client solutions with support from subject matter experts. Strong project management and excellent communication skills are crucial. Specific experience in transactions, IPO preparation, complex consolidations, tax planning, technical training delivery, or specific financial reporting topics (e.g., revenue recognition, financial instruments) is highly valued.
