As an Assistant Manager, you will manage end-to-end IPO execution, including supervising the preparation of DRHP/RHP, due diligence, and successful closure. You will coordinate with clients and the EY team on regulatory compliance, liaise with intermediaries like BRLMs and Legal Counsels, and contribute to business development by identifying leads and fostering client engagement.

Key responsibilities include ensuring risk management and compliance, meeting disclosure requirements, leading client and third-party relationships, and assisting clients with post-issue formalities. You will also spearhead regulatory changes, provide recommendations to the team, and impart product knowledge to subordinates and peers.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA), be a Chartered Accountant, or a Company Secretary. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
