This specific role is for an Assistant Manager within the National Assurance team, specializing in Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) in Gurugram. We are looking for individuals passionate about inspiring confidence and trust in a complex world, serving the public interest, and promoting economic growth. Our FAAS team assists clients with ensuring compliance with audit standards, providing clear perspectives to audit committees, and delivering critical information to stakeholders. Our service offerings span External Audit, FAAS, IFRS & US GAAP conversions, IPO advisory, and Corporate Treasury accounting.

As an Assistant Manager, you will manage end-to-end IPO execution, including supervising the preparation of regulatory documents like DRHP/RHP and conducting due diligence. You will ensure successful IPO closures by coordinating closely with clients and the EY team on all regulatory compliance aspects. Key responsibilities include liaising with intermediaries such as BRLMs and Legal Counsels for deal execution, contributing to business development through lead generation, and ensuring client engagement. You will play a lead role in managing clients and third parties, assisting clients with post-issue formalities, and spearheading responses to regulatory changes. Furthermore, you will be responsible for risk management and compliance, meeting disclosure requirements, and imparting product knowledge to junior team members.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA), be a Chartered Accountant (CA), or a Company Secretary (CS). A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
