This Assistant Manager role within the National Assurance team, specifically in Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), is based in Gurgaon. You will join sector-agnostic teams working across various industries, gaining a well-rounded experience. FAAS plays a crucial role in ensuring clients' accounts comply with audit standards, providing clear perspectives to audit committees, and delivering vital information to stakeholders. Service offerings include External Audit, FAAS, IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPO support, and Corporate Treasury accounting.

As an Assistant Manager in Assurance - FAAS, you will leverage your technical expertise in IFRS and Ind AS accounting frameworks to navigate complex financial reporting scenarios. You will be proficient in financial accounting and advisory processes, including interpreting standards and developing accounting positions. A working knowledge of ICFR concepts, control evaluation, and documentation is essential to support robust financial reporting. Your role involves analyzing accounting issues, assessing their implications, and formulating technically sound solutions aligned with assurance requirements. You will utilize your general consulting and technical skills to deliver accurate, standards-based advisory outcomes for client engagements.

To excel in this role, you should be a Chartered Accountant with at least 2.5 years of relevant experience.
