This Assistant Manager role within the National Assurance team, specifically in FAAS (Financial Accounting Advisory Services) for Financial & Accounting Advancement, is based in Gurgaon. You'll contribute to a sector-agnostic team that fosters well-rounded experience across industries. Our Assurance purpose is to inspire confidence and trust, serving the public interest by promoting transparency, supporting investor confidence, driving economic growth, and nurturing future business leaders.

Manage end-to-end IPO execution, including supervising the preparation of crucial documents like DRHP/RHP and ensuring successful closure. Coordinate closely with clients and the EY team on all regulatory compliance aspects. Liaise effectively with intermediaries such as BRLMs and Legal Counsels for smooth deal execution. Contribute to business development by identifying early leads and fostering client engagement. Ensure robust risk management and compliance within EY, meeting all legal disclosure requirements. Play a lead role in managing clients and third parties, and assist clients with post-issue formalities. Spearhead responses to regulatory changes and provide recommendations to the EY team. Share product knowledge with subordinates and peers.

To excel in this role, you need a Master of Business Administration (MBA), be a Chartered Accountant (CA), or a Company Secretary (CS). A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
