Our service offerings include External Audit, Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPO support, and Corporate Treasury accounting.

Deliver technical accounting advisory on complex topics including revenue recognition, leases, business combinations, consolidation, share-based payments, and financial instruments. Research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies.

Take ownership of delivery quality and foster a positive team environment. Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally. Utilize Excel and PowerPoint extensively for detailed analysis. Provide comprehensive technical accounting guidance to clients, addressing intricate issues and transactions. Prepare financial statements, including accounting policies and governance documentation. Support accounting processes and audits.

We are seeking candidates with a Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA (US), or ACCA (UK) qualification, complemented by 3-6 years of relevant post-qualification experience. Essential skills include a strong understanding of IFRS/US/UK GAAP and International Auditing Standards, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
