This Assistant Manager role within our National Assurance team, specifically in the FAAS - Financial & Accounting Advisory Services unit, is based in Gurgaon. This position is part of a sector-agnostic team, offering broad industry exposure. Assurance plays a vital role in inspiring confidence and trust in a complex world by serving the public interest, promoting transparency, and supporting economic growth.

Manage end-to-end IPO execution, including supervising the preparation of DRHP/RHP documents, conducting due diligence, and ensuring successful IPO closure. Coordinate closely with clients and the EY team on regulatory compliance, liaising with intermediaries like BRLMs and Legal Counsels. Contribute to business development by identifying early leads and engaging clients. Oversee risk management and compliance within EY, adhering to all legal disclosure requirements from the client's perspective.

Take a lead role in managing client relationships and third parties, assisting clients with post-issue formalities. Spearhead responses to regulatory changes and provide recommendations to the EY team. Impart product knowledge to subordinates and peers, ensuring technical excellence throughout all engagements.

To be considered for this role, you must possess a Master of Business Administration, be a Chartered Accountant, or a Company Secretary. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
