Manage end-to-end IPO execution, including document preparation (DRHP/RHP), due diligence, and successful closure. Coordinate regulatory compliance with clients and the EY team, and liaise with intermediaries like BRLMs and Legal Counsels. Contribute to business development by identifying leads and engaging clients. Ensure risk management and compliance with all disclosure requirements. Lead client and third-party management, and assist clients with post-issue formalities. Spearhead regulatory changes and provide recommendations. Impart product knowledge to team members.

We seek individuals with a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or Company Secretary (CS) qualification. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required. You should possess the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal mandates. A practical, insightful, and creative approach to problem-solving is essential, along with agility, curiosity, and the ability to maintain positive energy.
