This role focuses on National Assurance within the Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team, specifically supporting Financial & Accounting Advancements. Assurance's core purpose is to inspire confidence and trust in a complex world by serving the public interest, promoting transparency, supporting economic growth, and nurturing future business leaders. We assist clients by ensuring regulatory compliance, providing clear perspectives to audit committees, and delivering critical information to stakeholders.

Manage end-to-end IPO execution, including the supervision of document preparation (DRHP/RHP), due diligence, and successful closure. Coordinate closely with clients and the EY team on all regulatory compliance aspects. Liaise with intermediaries like BRLMs and Legal Counsels to ensure smooth deal execution.

Contribute to business development by identifying early leads and fostering client engagement with the wider team. Ensure robust risk management and compliance within EY, meeting all client-side legal disclosure requirements. Play a lead role in managing client and third-party relationships, and assist clients with post-issue formalities.

Spearhead responses to evolving regulatory changes and provide recommendations to EY team members. Impart product knowledge to subordinates and peers, enhancing team capabilities.

To excel in this role, you must be a Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. We seek individuals with a collaborative approach, capable of delivering services across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal mandates.
