This Assistant Manager role is part of our National Assurance team, specializing in Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) within the Bangalore region.

Manage and execute client projects, focusing on delivering digital solutions and ensuring technical excellence.
Specialize in Basel 3.1 Regulatory Reporting for banks, with strong experience in Liquidity and Capital Adequacy Reporting compliant with global regulators (UK PRA/EBA/US FED/RBI/HKMA).
Prepare key regulatory reports such as Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR), and COREP, including Capital Adequacy and Credit Risk.
Possess in-depth knowledge of major treasury products and their impact on financial and regulatory reporting for global banking institutions.
Leverage experience with banking and treasury systems like Axiom, Murex, or SAP.
Contribute to creating Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Test Cases, and Design documents, and manage SIT/UAT testing to secure user sign-off.
Demonstrate strong project management skills and excellent communication abilities.
Utilize working knowledge of SQL and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
To excel in this role, you must possess a professional qualification such as CA, CPA, or ACCA, alongside an MBA in Finance.
We require 3-5 years of relevant experience in the financial services sector, particularly within regulatory reporting and financial accounting advisory services.
Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
