The opportunity is for an Assistant Manager within our National Assurance team, specializing in FAAS and Financial & Accounting Advisory services in Bangalore.

You will be responsible for ensuring client accounts comply with requisite audit standards, providing a robust perspective to audit committees, and delivering critical information for stakeholders. This includes managing External Audit, Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPO support, and Corporate Treasury accounting.

Key responsibilities involve demonstrating technical excellence through a strong command of accounting standards, financial reporting, and assurance methodologies. You will review financial and accounting processes to identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and compliance risks. A significant part of the role includes designing and optimizing process workflows, controls, and documentation for improved accuracy and efficiency.

To be successful in this role, you must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong foundation in accounting standards, financial reporting, and assurance methodologies. Proficiency in reviewing financial and accounting processes to identify control gaps and compliance risks is essential. You should be skilled in optimizing process workflows and controls for enhanced operational efficiency. A working knowledge of applying AI and digital tools to automate financial processes and strengthen analytical outcomes is required. Experience in using data-driven analysis to evaluate process performance and support sustainable process transformation is also key.

Essential qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) and a Master of Commerce (M.Com) or equivalent. A minimum of 3+ years in Financial Analysis is required.
