The National Assurance team comprises sector-agnostic specialists, offering a well-rounded experience across various industries. We help clients by ensuring compliance with audit standards, providing clear perspectives to audit committees, and delivering critical information to stakeholders.
Manage and execute client projects, developing and implementing digital solutions. Lead technical excellence in regulatory reporting for banks, focusing on Liquidity Reporting and Capital Adequacy Reporting in line with global regulatory bodies. Prepare key regulatory reports such as Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR), and COREP, including capital adequacy and credit risk. Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), test cases, and design documents, overseeing SIT/UAT testing and securing business sign-off. Apply strong project management and excellent communication skills, leveraging in-depth knowledge of treasury products and their reporting impacts. Utilize strong working knowledge of SQL and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
A professional qualification such as CA, CPA, or ACCA is essential, complemented by an MBA in Finance. Possess 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial services or a related field. Demonstrate strong experience in regulatory reporting for banks, specifically in liquidity and capital adequacy. Exhibit in-depth knowledge of major treasury products and their reporting implications. Experience with banking and relevant treasury/regulatory systems like Axiom, Murex, or SAP is required. Proficiency in creating BRDs, test cases, and design documents is necessary, along with experience in SIT/UAT testing. A practical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions, is expected. Candidates should be agile, curious, mindful, adaptable, and creative, with the ability to work collaboratively across client departments.
