This role as Assistant Manager within the National Assurance team, specifically in Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), focuses on supporting clients through financial and accounting advancements. The Assurance division is dedicated to building trust and confidence in a complex world, serving the public interest and promoting economic growth by ensuring transparent financial reporting and nurturing future business leaders.

Spearhead end-to-end IPO execution, including managing document preparation (DRHP/RHP), due diligence, and successful closure. Coordinate closely with clients and the EY team on all regulatory compliance aspects, liaising with intermediaries like BRLMs and Legal Counsels. Contribute to business development by identifying early leads and fostering client engagement. Ensure robust risk management and compliance with legal disclosure requirements. Lead client and third-party interactions, assisting with post-issue formalities. Drive recommendations on regulatory changes and impart product knowledge to colleagues.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or Company Secretary (CS) qualification is essential, coupled with a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience.
