This role focuses on External Audit and Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), including IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPO support, and Corporate Treasury advisory.

Drive technical excellence by applying a strong understanding of IFRS, US GAAP, UK GAAP, and International Auditing Standards. Provide expert advisory on complex accounting topics such as business combinations, consolidation, share-based payments, and financial instruments.

Collaborate with on-shore technical accounting teams, conducting research on US GAAP and IFRS pronouncements. Manage projects effectively, ensuring seamless information flow and coordination across cross-functional finance teams. You will also be responsible for client pitches, audit closing procedures, and delivering insightful technical writing.

Engage in research for client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations and new technologies. Be prepared for potential travel on short notice. Your responsibilities will also encompass accounting and regulatory support, white paper writing, providing comprehensive technical accounting guidance, conducting research and analysis, preparing financial statements, and supporting audit processes.

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-6 years of relevant post-qualification experience. A CPA (US) or ACCA (UK) qualification is also valuable.
