Manage and execute Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) projects, developing and implementing effective solutions. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, managing client accounts as appropriate for your level. Mentor and coach junior team members, promoting technical excellence and a continuous learning environment. Collaborate with other EY service lines on multidisciplinary projects to deliver integrated client solutions. Contribute to thought leadership initiatives and actively participate in marketing and business development activities. Regular travel will be required to engage with key clients, some of whom are leaders in their respective fields.

A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or equivalent (e.g., CPA, ICAEW, ACCA) is essential. Demonstrate a strong academic record with first or second-time passes for ICAI or equivalent examinations. Possess substantial experience in IGAAP, IFRS, and/or US GAAP financial reporting, particularly within complex/large companies, audit/advisory/transaction verticals, or MNC finance/M&A environments. Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant post-qualification experience is required. Exhibit the ability to clearly articulate complex accounting and financial reporting issues in a simplified manner. Maintain an advisory mindset, capable of developing client solutions with support from subject matter experts. Possess business development skills and aptitude, with a strong track record expected for senior roles. Specific experience in at least one of the following areas is crucial: Transactions (acquisitions, carve-outs, demergers, restructuring), IPO preparation, complex multinational consolidation structures, tax planning, technical training delivery, or specialized financial reporting topics like revenue recognition, financial instruments, or consolidation. Strong project management abilities and excellent communication skills are mandatory.
