This role is an Assistant Manager position within the National Assurance team, specifically in Audit Services for the NCR region.

You will be responsible for staying updated on regulatory changes from ICAI, NFRA, MCA, and SEBI. This includes assisting with inspection-related activities, gathering information for regulators, and tracking responses. You'll support senior team members with compliance, regulatory filings, documentation, and reporting. The role also involves assisting with firm and partner rotation requirements, regulatory inspections, and internal audit quality reviews. Additionally, you will contribute to developing technical training content, practice alerts, and knowledge-sharing initiatives, while also supporting audit quality and the testing of enablement tools across the firm.

To be successful in this role, you must be a Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of relevant experience. We are seeking individuals who can collaborate effectively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, problem-solving approach is essential, enabling you to deliver insightful and actionable solutions. The ideal candidate will be agile, curious, mindful, adaptable, and creative, maintaining positive energy throughout their work. Experience in audit standards, regulatory compliance, financial accounting advisory services (FAAS), IFRS, US GAAP, IPOs, and corporate treasury is highly valued.
