Join our Assurance team as an Assistant Manager, focusing on advisory services related to Controls. This role is pivotal in driving functional excellence and enabling innovation within the organization. You will contribute to safeguarding operations and enhancing long-term growth by ensuring robust control environments.

This position offers a dynamic environment for professionals looking to leverage their expertise in IT controls and data analytics. You will be at the forefront of assessing and improving control mechanisms across various systems and business processes.

Conduct IT audits and control testing, including automated control testing and IPE for SAP/Non-SAP systems. Review control design and assess operating effectiveness. Ensure compliance with IT audit and control frameworks such as ICFR, SSAE, and ISO 27001. Test ERP-based controls and infrastructure, including OS/DB. Map business process controls to ERP systems and manage deficiency handling, including mitigation and remediation testing.

Gain exposure to risk management, compliance reporting, and regulatory requirements. Stay abreast of emerging technologies like Cloud and AI/ML and their associated risks. Foster strong stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively to ensure alignment and project success.

A Bachelor's degree in any specialization is required, with a B.E. or B.Tech preferred. Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in ITGC, ITAC, and control testing. Proficiency in ERP systems, infrastructure testing, and control frameworks is essential.

Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management, communication, team leadership, and issue resolution are crucial. The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet demanding deadlines is key to success in this role. Certifications like CISA, CISSP, or CRISC are considered advantageous.
