Seeking a Senior GenAI Engineer to lead AI/ML/GenAI integration within an Engineering as a Service/Operate model. This role involves driving innovation and developing cutting-edge solutions.

Lead the design and implementation of RAG and Hybrid RAG systems. Develop and manage solutions using Graph Databases, including Spanner DB on GCP. Build and deploy Agentic Frameworks and MCP. Drive Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Proofs of Value (POVs) from inception to completion, demonstrating independent leadership and technical expertise. Utilize Python, langchain, langraph, LLM eval, Pydantic, and TypeScript/Zod in development.

Requires approximately 6 years of experience in AI/ML/GenAI integration. Proficiency in Python, including libraries like langchain, langraph, LLM eval, and Pydantic. Experience with TypeScript and Zod. Demonstrated ability to independently build, design, and lead POCs/POVs. Familiarity with RAG and Hybrid RAG concepts. Experience with Graph Databases is essential. Experience with Agentic Frameworks and MCP is required.

Preferred experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Spanner DB.
