Seeking an experienced Senior GenAI Engineer to drive AI/ML/GenAI integration within our Engineering as a Service/Operate division. This role is crucial for developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions.

We are looking for a seasoned professional who can independently lead the design, build, and execution of Proofs of Concept (POCs) and Proofs of Value (POVs). Your expertise will be instrumental in advancing our AI capabilities.

Lead the development and implementation of RAG and Hybrid RAG systems. Design and integrate solutions using Graph Databases, such as Spanner DB on GCP. Develop and manage Agentic Frameworks and MCP components. Drive the entire lifecycle of POCs and POVs, from initial concept to successful demonstration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI/ML/GenAI capabilities into our services.

Proven experience (approximately 6 years) as a Senior GenAI Engineer. Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries like langchain, langraph, LLM eval, and Pydantic. Experience with TypeScript and Zod for robust development. Demonstrated ability to build, design, and lead POCs/POVs independently. Familiarity with Graph Databases, specifically Spanner DB on GCP, is highly desirable.
