Join our dynamic team as a Generative AI Engineer, where you'll pioneer the integration of advanced AI/ML and GenAI technologies. This role focuses on creating intelligent, agentic applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

Design and implement sophisticated Generative AI solutions leveraging LLMs like GPT, Claude, and LLaMA. Develop and optimize RAG pipelines, utilizing vector databases such as ChromaDB for local development and Databricks Mosaic ML Vector Stores.

Build and maintain agentic workflows and conversational AI agents using frameworks like LangGraph and OpenAI. Perform vectorization using models like GTE-large and BGE, with the option to fine-tune them for enhanced accuracy. Collaborate effectively with backend and app teams to seamlessly integrate GenAI capabilities into our products.

A deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and transformer architectures is essential. You should possess hands-on experience with RAG architectures, vector search, and embedding models. Proficiency in Python and libraries including LangChain, Transformers, OpenAI SDK, or Hugging Face is required.

Familiarity with agentic frameworks such as AutoGen, OpenAI, CrewAI, or LangGraph is necessary. Experience deploying AI models via APIs or microservices is also a key requirement. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred, as is experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, and CI/CD pipelines.
