Join our innovative team as a Generative AI Engineer and be at the forefront of integrating advanced AI technologies. This role focuses on creating intelligent applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.

You will be instrumental in developing seamless user experiences by connecting cutting-edge Generative AI with intuitive frontend interfaces, driving the future of agentic applications.

Architect and implement sophisticated Generative AI solutions leveraging leading LLMs such as GPT, Claude, and LLaMA. Optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, utilizing vector databases like ChromaDB for local development and Databricks Mosaic ML Vector Stores for production.

Develop and maintain agentic workflows and conversational AI agents using frameworks including LangGraph and OpenAI. Perform precise vectorization with models like GTE-large and BGE, with the option to fine-tune for enhanced accuracy. Collaborate closely with backend and application development teams to seamlessly integrate Gen AI capabilities into our product offerings.

A deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering techniques, and transformer architectures is essential. Demonstrate hands-on experience with RAG architectures, efficient vector search, and various embedding models.

Proficiency in Python is required, along with familiarity with libraries such as LangChain, Transformers, OpenAI SDK, or Hugging Face. Experience with agentic frameworks like AutoGen, OpenAI, CrewAI, or LangGraph is necessary. Previous experience deploying AI models via APIs or microservices is also a key requirement.
