Join our Cyber Strategy & Transformation team as an Assistant Manager specializing in AEM DevOps. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting robust DevOps processes. This includes integrating essential security controls and DevSecOps practices directly into CI/CD pipelines. Automation is key; you'll automate deployment, testing, and release management across various environments. Developing and maintaining automation frameworks for application validation, API testing, and platform monitoring will be a core part of your role. Furthermore, you'll implement governance controls for source code management, build management, and release orchestration.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Automation Engineering, DevOps, or Transformation Programs. Proven experience integrating automated testing within CI/CD pipelines is essential. Exposure to enterprise digital transformation initiatives is highly valued. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is required. A Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree is necessary. Knowledge of healthcare, financial services, or regulated industries is a plus, as is experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP, and containerization/orchestration concepts.
