Lead the implementation of digital analytics across web and mobile platforms, ensuring precise data capture. Develop and deploy A/B tests and personalization initiatives using SiteSpect, including coding new user experiences. Configure and manage Adobe Launch for tag management and integration with marketing technologies.

Provide custom technical solutions for analytics, experience, and marketing technology use cases. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across analytics, experimentation, and CMS integrations. Assist in the translation of business requirements into scalable solution designs and code modules.

Contribute to component integration testing (CIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) by performing triage and unit testing. Support the development and configuration of integrated business and enterprise application solutions. Write technical specifications and documentation, adhering to industry best practices and company architectural standards.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or a related field, coupled with at least five years of experience in software development, is required. Significant experience in a technical lead role is also essential.

Proficiency in Angular, HTML/CSS, Web Fundamentals, Node.js/Java, Advanced AEM, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, and Javascript/Typescript is mandatory. Experience with technologies such as HTML5, CSS/SCSS, Spring Boot, Express, React, UI Architecture, API Integration, and Performance optimization is highly valued.

Candidates must possess a minimum of two years of experience in a technical lead capacity and at least four years of experience in developing web-based applications. Cloud-based technology experience (Azure, AWS, GCP) and web application framework experience (Angular, React, AEM) are also critical. A minimum of two years of experience with CMS like Adobe Experience Manager is necessary.
