Join our Assurance team as an Assistant Manager in Accounting & Reporting, based in Mumbai. This role is pivotal in driving functional excellence and innovation within the organization, contributing to long-term growth. We are seeking a skilled professional to enhance our capabilities in accounting and reporting assurance.

You will be responsible for executing Ind AS engagements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards. This includes preparing Ind AS/IFRS/US GAAP compliant financial statements, both standalone and consolidated. A key part of the role involves researching complex technical accounting issues and staying updated on new pronouncements. You will also oversee internal control over financial reporting and leverage ERP systems like SAP/S4 HANA/Oracle/MS Dynamics for efficient data management and insight generation.

Ideal candidates possess 1-3 years of experience in Ind AS/IFRS/US GAAP implementation, hedge accounting, ECL advisory, or testing, with a strong understanding of Ind AS 109/IFRS 9. Extensive experience auditing financial statements under these standards is crucial. Prior work with Banks, NBFCs, and Fintech Companies is highly desirable. A solid grasp of technical accounting literature and the ability to prepare accounting white papers or diagnostic reports are essential. Excellent MS Office skills and familiarity with ERP systems are required.
