Apply relevant accounting standards, including Ind AS, and research complex technical accounting issues. Prepare and review Ind AS/IFRS/US GAAP compliant financial statements, including consolidated statements. Stay updated with new pronouncements and applicable laws and regulations. Assess and advise on Internal Control over Financial Reporting, SOX, and COSO frameworks. Utilize ERP systems like SAP or Oracle for financial operations and leverage MS Office for data analysis and insightful presentations.

Key responsibilities include preparing accounting white papers, diagnostic reports, and conducting audits. Focus on sectors such as Banks, NBFCs, and Fintech Companies, ensuring compliance with technical accounting literature.

We seek a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-3 years of experience in Ind AS/IFRS/US GAAP implementation, hedge accounting, ECL advisory, or testing, specifically related to Ind AS 109/IFRS 9. A strong background in auditing financial statements under Ind AS/IFRS/US GAAP is essential.

Demonstrate excellent knowledge of Ind AS and its differences from IFRS, with US GAAP exposure being an advantage. Familiarity with applicable laws and regulations, internal financial reporting controls, SOX, and COSO frameworks is required. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/S4 HANA/Oracle/MS Dynamics) and MS Office is a must. Experience working with sectors like Banks, NBFCs, and Fintech is highly valued.
