Join our dynamic Assurance team as an Assistant Manager in Accounting & Reporting. This role is integral to driving functional excellence and enabling innovation within a leading professional services firm. You will be at the forefront of ensuring our clients meet complex financial reporting standards.

You will be responsible for applying Ind AS and IFRS, independently executing engagements, and researching intricate technical accounting matters. This includes preparing compliant financial statements, staying updated on new pronouncements, and advising on internal controls. Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle and strong MS Office skills for data analysis and presentation are essential.

The ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-3 years of experience in Ind AS/IFRS/US GAAP implementation, hedge accounting, or ECL advisory. Proven experience in auditing financial statements, particularly within the banking, NBFC, and Fintech sectors, is highly valued. A strong understanding of technical accounting literature and the ability to prepare accounting white papers are also required.
