Join our Assurance team in Mumbai as a Team Lead, focusing on Accounting & Reporting. This role is pivotal in driving functional excellence and supporting long-term growth by nurturing positive client relationships and exceeding expectations.

This position offers an opportunity to lead daily RTR operations for US clients, ensuring high standards of financial accuracy and reporting.

Manage and oversee day-to-day RTR operations for US clients, including General Ledger accounting and journal entries. Support financial close processes, month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities. Perform account reconciliations, assist in balance sheet substantiation, and ensure accuracy in financial data and reports. Monitor key performance indicators and ensure adherence to SLAs, internal controls, and compliance standards. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations.

Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review and guide team members to maintain productivity and quality.

We are seeking a Team Lead with experience in financial reporting and preparing financial statements compliant with US GAAP. A background as a Semi-Qualified CA, MBA (Finance), or CA, along with a Graduation degree, is essential. Experience with US clients, particularly in Renewables, Finance Outsourcing, BPO, KPO, or Shared Services industries, is highly advantageous.
