Lead and mentor a team of 15-20 associates, ensuring project goals are met efficiently and effectively. Monitor and achieve individual productivity and quality standards, meticulously recording performance via Daily Production Reports. Proactively communicate any issues impacting claim review accuracy and timeliness to management, collaborating on resolutions. Conduct monthly analyst evaluations, oversee daily production efforts to meet desired goals, and aggressively resolve production problems. Manage staffing ratios, implement improvement plans for underperforming analysts, and cultivate a positive team environment. Identify training needs and facilitate relevant programs. Analyze quality results to identify error trends, root causes, and opportunities for defect reduction, while adhering strictly to all company policies and directives.

A medical degree in BHMS, BAMS, BUMS, BPT, MPT, or B.Sc. Nursing is required. Candidates must possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in the US healthcare sector. Essential skills include proven effective verbal and written communication, careful listening, tact, candor, and a high-impact communication style. Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, manage multiple priorities with minimal direction, organize and lead teams effectively towards shared outcomes, and strong numeracy and analytical skills are crucial. Proficiency in Performance Management, Project Management, Coaching, and Mentoring is also a must.
