Essential technical skills include advanced Microsoft Excel (Macros, Power Query), Power BI/Tableau dashboard development, data analytics, visualization, statistical modeling, and workforce analytics. Familiarity with HRIS platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM is required.
Additionally, a solid understanding of compensation and benefits systems, legislation in India, and basic taxation laws related to compensation is necessary. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills are paramount, alongside a proven track record in planning and auditing work. Ideally, you will have expertise in building custom analytical tools, dynamic models, and automated reporting templates, along with strong project management capabilities to handle multiple priorities.
