As an Assistant Director – Process Consultant, you will act as a key liaison between strategy, execution teams, and leadership, translating initiatives into measurable results within Risk Management Services. This internal function protects the organization from professional practice risks, offering advice on independence, conflicts, compliance, regulatory issues, and more, while supporting continuous improvement across teams.

As a consultant, you will provide strategic insights and solutions to enhance service excellence, supporting team members and business units in fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your role involves guiding the implementation of best practices and innovative methodologies.
Key responsibilities include: - Enabling strategy and thought leadership by defining the Service Excellence strategy, conducting research, and developing executive-level presentations. - Managing initiative governance and tracking transformation progress, monitoring KPIs, ROI, and flagging risks with escalation mechanisms. - Designing and managing Service Excellence dashboards, converting data into actionable insights for leadership, and supporting executive reporting. - Ensuring adherence to governance frameworks, process standards, quality frameworks, and maturity models, assisting in audits and documentation. - Orchestrating stakeholder communication and alignment across teams, business functions, and leadership, supporting engagement and influencing discussions. - Supporting the rollout of continuous improvement, agile, quality, and AI-led capability programs, and enabling identification of improvement opportunities.
We are seeking an experienced professional with proven leadership in service excellence, delivery excellence, or business excellence, complemented by a minimum of 5 years of functional experience in Risk Management Services. A strong understanding of project and program management methodologies, quality management systems, and practical experience implementing quality systems like ISO, Agile Practice, and Delivery Excellence Practices in medium to larger business units is essential.
Candidates should possess strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a good understanding of tools and technologies such as RPA, AI, Copilot, and Power Apps, and be an advocate for their usage. Proficiency in metrics reporting, management, and governance is required. A Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in engineering or management, is preferred. While not mandatory, certifications like Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Certified Practitioner/Champion, and familiarity with agile methodology and maturity models, process, and methods would be advantageous. Over 14 years of experience in professional services or a related industry is expected. Experience working with diverse stakeholders and strong cultural intelligence are crucial for collaborating effectively with a wide range of individuals across different backgrounds and geographies.
