Join EY as a Manager/Assistant Director in Service Excellence and contribute to global transformation projects. This role is pivotal in driving effectiveness and efficiency within EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS), a key hub for Procurement, Talent, Finance, IT, and more. Lead and mentor continuous improvement projects globally using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Monitor and report on efficiency savings generated from these initiatives. Facilitate process improvement workshops and conduct training on quality tools. Collaborate with Transition teams to define process solutions and partner on global quality initiatives. Manage business stakeholders, build strong relationships, and independently handle multiple projects. Assist in defining project scope and objectives, track project performance, and create data visualizations using Power BI dashboards. Apply consulting best practices and conduct rapid assessments of current landscapes, providing data insights and reporting.

A seasoned professional with over 11 years of overall work experience, specializing in executing process improvement initiatives and project mentorship. Proven experience in transformations and re-engineering is essential. Deep knowledge of Lean Six Sigma quality tools and transition methodologies is required. Proficiency in MS Word and MS Power platform is mandatory. Any project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills are crucial. You must be able to work independently, demonstrate influencing and change management capabilities, and have experience in MIS, data crunching, analysis, reporting, and Microsoft PowerPoint. Strong working experience with Power BI and VBA projects is expected. A good understanding of Excel functions, Pivot Tables, Power BI charts, filters, slicers, and DAX functions is necessary.
