As an Assistant Director, you will be instrumental in driving service excellence by providing strategic insights and solutions. You will mentor team members and business units, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Your expertise will guide the implementation of best practices and innovative methodologies.

Key responsibilities include defining and adapting project management methodologies, driving continuous improvement agendas, and building an efficiency pipeline through design thinking workshops. You will also lead digital transformation initiatives, analyze business processes, identify opportunities for enhancement, and manage the adoption of new digital solutions. Furthermore, you will oversee process design and implementation, conduct maturity assessments, and ensure effective governance and KPI improvement through root cause analysis.

We are seeking a proven leader with extensive experience in service, delivery, or business excellence, complemented by a strong grasp of project/program management and quality systems. Practical experience with quality systems such as ISO, Agile, and Delivery Excellence practices in large business units is essential.

Your strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a good understanding of tools like RPA, AI, Copilot, and Power Apps, will be vital. You should be proficient in AI tool usage and advocate for their adoption to enhance productivity. Effective communication, influencing skills, and proficiency in metrics reporting and governance are also critical. A Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in engineering or management, along with over 14 years of experience in professional services or a related industry, is required. While certifications are not mandatory, experience with maturity models, processes, and methods is a significant advantage. Cultural intelligence and experience working with diverse global stakeholders are also key attributes.
