Lead a team focused on the Markets Leadership Pillar, offering strategic direction on market priorities. Ensure the delivery of high-quality reporting and actionable insights by promoting curiosity and continuous improvement. Drive operational discipline through a consultative approach, understanding business requirements to deliver effective solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior Finance and C&I stakeholders, aligning solutions with business priorities and desired outcomes.

Key responsibilities include performing extensive analysis on global revenue, tradeflows, sales, and pipeline data. Support leaders with revenue projections and pipeline hygiene. Communicate key performance indicators globally, alerting leadership to trends. Foster knowledge sharing and best practices. Promote effective teaming and multitasking. Develop and maintain dashboard reporting. Build long-term stakeholder relationships by understanding business priorities. Proactively develop future skills for yourself and your team. Enhance service delivery and become a trusted advisor. Contribute to automation and innovation initiatives.

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, with an MBA or CA/ACCA (or equivalent) being desirable. Proficiency in SQL query design and interpretation is essential for data manipulation and reporting. Advanced skills in Power BI Report Development and Power BI Service Management are crucial. While experience with Hyperion SmartView, Essbase, and advanced Excel is noted, SAP experience is desirable. Candidates should have experience working within a globally deployed accounting organization and possess 9-12 years of experience in finance processes and policies, with a proven track record in managing reporting and analysis functions. Exposure to Power BI, SQL, or other visualization tools is a plus.
