The process consultant would assist the team in continuous improvement.

As an Assistant Director, you will provide strategic insights and solutions to enhance service excellence. You will support team members and business units, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Your expertise will guide the implementation of best practices and innovative methodologies.

Key responsibilities include: - Supporting the Service Excellence Leader in defining strategy and roadmap. - Conducting research and analysis to inform strategic decisions. - Developing executive presentations and communication materials. - Translating leadership vision into actionable plans and frameworks. - Managing a central initiatives tracker and monitoring transformation progress. - Tracking benefits realization, KPIs, and ROI. - Designing and managing Service Excellence dashboards and reporting. - Ensuring adherence to process standards and quality frameworks. - Acting as a liaison across various teams and leadership. - Supporting the rollout of continuous improvement and capability programs.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 5 years of functional experience in Brands, Marketing, and Communications, and over 14 years of overall experience in professional services or a related industry. Proven leadership in service excellence, delivery excellence, or business excellence is essential.

Essential qualifications include: - Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies. - Practical experience in implementing quality systems like ISO, Agile, and Delivery Excellence Practices. - Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Familiarity with tools and technologies such as RPA, AI, Copilot, and Power Apps, including advocating for their use. - Proficient in metrics reporting, management, and governance. - Experience working with diverse stakeholders and cultural intelligence. - Ability to lead and influence teams.

Academic background should include a Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in engineering or management. Certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Certified Practitioner are highly valued, as is experience driving projects through agile methodologies. While certifications are not mandatory, knowledge of maturity models, processes, and methods is a plus.
