Lead and oversee comprehensive internal audit engagements from risk assessment through execution and reporting. Ensure adherence to internal audit methodologies, IIA standards, and organizational policies. Apply risk-based judgment to identify emerging risks and adjust audit scope. Utilize data analytics and technology-enabled approaches to enhance audit effectiveness.

Partner with senior management and function leaders, providing value-added insights on risks, controls, and governance. Drive discussions on audit observations and remediation plans. Effectively manage stakeholder relationships, including navigating sensitive discussions. Lead, coach, and develop audit team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, CIA, or equivalent professional qualification. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline is required. We seek candidates with 10-14 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, including demonstrated experience in leading audits and managing teams within complex, global environments. Strong technical and professional skills in internal audit, risk management, and internal control frameworks are essential. A solid understanding of organizational processes across various functions, coupled with a strong analytical mindset and experience in leveraging data analytics and audit technologies, is crucial for success.
