The Growth & Innovation Finance team is dedicated to delivering performance insights, robust planning support, and intelligent decision-making to illuminate contributions, identify risks, and uncover growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities encompass delivering forward-looking analysis and executive commentary to support Growth & Innovation priorities. This includes defining and tracking crucial financial and non-financial performance measures. You will analyze monthly results, identify key drivers, and translate complex findings into actionable business insights. The role also involves building robust scenarios, projections, and business cases, alongside supporting planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes while challenging assumptions and producing clear leadership briefings.

Furthermore, you will develop and maintain advanced dashboards, reporting models, and analytical tools to elucidate performance and its underlying drivers. A critical aspect involves enhancing data quality, lineage, reconciliation, and controls, ensuring sustainable issue resolution. Collaboration across Finance, Markets, Regions, Service Lines, and Technology departments is essential to align solutions and disseminate best practices.

As a trusted advisor to the Growth & Innovation CFO and senior stakeholders, you will balance strategic insight with practical delivery and risk management. This involves independently driving workstreams across global time zones, effectively managing competing priorities, and influencing stakeholders within a complex matrix environment. You will also be responsible for coaching colleagues to enhance their analytical thinking, digital fluency, AI-assisted work methods, and executive storytelling capabilities.

We are seeking a candidate with a strong foundation in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), corporate financial management, performance management, scenario modeling, and business case development. Essential attributes include advanced analytical and commercial judgment, with the ability to integrate financial and non-financial data, critically assess assumptions, and discern meaningful trends.

You should be adept at translating ambiguous business needs into structured requirements, prioritized use cases, testable solutions, and measurable outcomes. A keen interest in hands-on generative AI capabilities is highly valued. Experience in creating reusable prompts, agent instructions, skills, templates, and playbooks for analysis, commentary, scenario modeling, and leadership reporting is advantageous.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory, coupled with strong presentation abilities and the confidence to engage and influence senior executives across diverse regions and cultures. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, collaborative, and capable of independent delivery under pressure. A Bachelor’s degree or professional certification in Finance, Accounting, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field is required, along with 7-10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, strategic finance, business analysis, reporting, analytics, or finance transformation, preferably within global professional services. Demonstrated experience implementing digital, automation, or AI-enabled solutions with measurable improvements is crucial.
